Please arrive 10 minutes early for your initial evaluation visit. Beyond Physical Therapy is located inside the Acceleration Physical Therapy Clinic on the 2nd floor (Suite 202) of the Northwest Neurological Building. Enter through the north side door. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and as you walk out of the elevator turn right. Look for the Acceleration Physical Therapy sign. Have a seat in the lobby and let them know that you are there to see Dr. Shane.
